TERMS OF USE

Our site is challenging teens across the State of Missouri to post a video of their Seatbelt dance as a way to encourage their peers to buckle up each and every time they drive or ride in a vehicle.

Get Your Buckle On Rules

• Video submissions should be original videos that convince teens to buckle up every time they get in a vehicle
• Videos should be one minute or shorter.
• Video does not have to be solely a dance but should include some element of dance in it.
• Video should use the Get Your Buckle On song provided at getyourbuckleon.com.
• Videos with inappropriate content will not be posted to the site
• All submissions, and any and all rights in submissions, become the property of Missouri Department of Transportation and Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. No submissions will be returned.

By entering, the entrant represents and warrants that the entry is his or her original work and that it does not contain previously published and/or copyrighted material and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Missouri Department of Transportation, Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, and any other organizations related to the contest from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses to the person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this contest or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof. All submissions, and any and all rights in submissions, become the property of Missouri Department of Transportation and Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. No entries will be returned.
